I was hit in the jaw with an errant volleyball at a tournament. I knew that my jaw was in trouble. After a few days it was tender and I felt like I couldn't move my mouth correctly. Dr Cruz is awesome. Living in Dallas Texas he is someone I visit everytime I’m in town if that says much about him as a chiropractor. Well worth it. I don’t even have back pain somtimes, just tightness from the gym and he knows what I need right away. He’ll even warn you: “we’re gonna start with some crackles, then pops” he has fun with it and takes notes of every visit, just be honest with what your experiencing and he’ll do the rest. Great Dr.

Dr. Cruz is amazing! I've had lower back pain for years and was dreading having to spend the time and money to have someone look at it. It was worth every cent! After just a couple adjustments I was already starting to feel better. He even adjusted my shoulder that I had recently hurt. He does a great job and I'm happy to say that my back is feeling so much better. I can do my day to day activities without any back pain!
My experience with Dr. Greg Cruz has always been a pleasure. I see him once a month for back adjustments and have always left feeling significantly better. My wife also who has been a real stinker when it comes to chiropractic has likewise had a great experience there. She works in the medical field and was impressed by the knowledge and skill of Dr. Cruz. My biggest praise however comes with an experience we had with my little 6 year old boy, who from about the end of the 2014 Christmas season till about the second week of February was having relapse after relapse of pooping his pants (after being fully potty trained and 2 full years of success). This of course was very frustrating for my wife and I as we tried everything we could think of to try and fix the problem short of taking him to the doctors office for an exam, and I knew that Dr. Cruz was trained in chiropractic health for kids so I took our little guy in and had him adjusted (hearing that It had been known to help in this certain area) and not one accident has occurred since. Dr. Cruz was gentle and very good with my son. Very happy with my overall experience at Modern health Chiropractic and the billing is very no nonsense and affordable. $35 per adjustment for adults, $25 for children. I definitely recommend this practice.
Love this place! I had never even considered a chiropractor but got to a point where I had to stop my daily power walks due to foot pain. Dr. Cruz introduced me to muscle reactivation. Can’t believe how helpful this has been for my legs, back, feet etc. Its a phenomenal technique. The analogy I like to use is a blown fuse. Dr. Cruz knows how to turn the muscle back on with muscle reactivation—it is obvious at the very first visit. I have sent my husband, son, brother and mother there with success. His traditional adjustments are also very helpful. I will continue to receive chiropractic care at this location from here on out. If you hesitate to try this, don’t—It’s been so worth it! I Feel so much better and have lots more strength in my daily workouts and activities — not to mention the pain relief!
Cruz puts the cool in cool whip with his personality, splendor, and skill. He worked my neck over (which always freaks me out) in a smooth and efficient manner… I’m telling ya, cool as cool whip!
Dr Cruz is amazing! He takes the time to understand your lifestyle and potential needs. He will also do a number of tests to verify your muscles are activated properly. After my first number of visits we transitioned to “tune up” visits which I find to be very efficient and effective.
I have found constant relief from my herniated disc pain by going to Dr. Cruz once a month. He is fast and effective. He offers different ways to do the adjustments. I like the clicking machine that puts your vertebrae back in line. I have recommended him to several friends.

Dr. Cruz is a master healer. He is a great chiropractor. One of his specialties is a technique called "Muscle Reactivation." If you have not experienced this, I will tell you, it is life-changing. I had a shoulder injury that was 20 years old and within a few treatments, I was completely pain-free and able to do things I never thought would be possible again. Since I have been going to Dr. Cruz, I have had less intense and less frequent back pain than I have had since I was 15 years old!!
I know My Chiropractors! I started going to a Chiropractor in Jr. High. Most do an adequate job. Over the years there have been a few that have been more exceptional than others and I can tell you This is Dr. Cruz. In the two months that I have been seeing him he has helped me tremendously with my headaches! My hips no longer keep moving out of place and creating knee and back pain. He has worked on my plantar fasciitis and that is improving a great deal. I love the practice of Muscle Reactivation. That in itself is such a great health benefit as I can see muscles working that had stopped and I feel stronger as I workout and as I do stairs. He is both kind and takes the needed time to solve the problem. Both my husband and I appreciate Dr Cruze and the many ways he has helped us and will continue to include our monthly visits as part of our health and wellbeing regime.

I have been to multiple chiropractors over the past 15 years. No one has been able to be so in tune with my body and needs as Dr. Cruz. He has a gift for really "feeling" what needs to be adjusted. His muscle reactivation work is ABSOLUTELY miraculous. He is great with children as well and is very personable, casual and fun.

Dr. Cruz has been willing to work with my schedule and/or fit me in on several occasions when my back has gone out and I have been in a lot of pain. He has a gentle touch, which I appreciate, and is good about talking me though his process, and findings. I recommend him to anyone who inquires about a Chiropractor and even though its an inconvenient drive from where we live, he is worth it.
6-Stars! I have been in a lot of pain for about 6 weeks due to a pinched nerve in my neck. While the "pinch" seems to have subsided (inflammation in the neck), I have been dealing with a lot of residual muscle, nerve, and alignment issues throughout my shoulder, forearm, and hand. After 10 visits to other chiropractic and massage offices, with unfortunately little relief, it was finally Dr Cruz's muscle reactivation and adjustment which seems to have done the trick in getting me back on the path to wellness and recovery. I have much better mobility and dexterity in the affected areas, and the pain continues to be more manageable each day. Thank you!!!
Dr Cruz has helped me with a lot of shoulder, lower back, elbow and neck pain and or discomfort. Not only is he stellar at adjustments, he also knows how to treat muscles. I feel like him having these two capabilities make him equivalent to a Jedi-Chiropractor! He's great.
I have been so impressed with Dr Cruz, he makes it a very comfortable environment to be in. Very friendly staff. I’ve always been impressed how well he takes care of any muscle concerns or adjustments I have had. My body feels so much better after he is finished. I had 2 chiropractors recommend that I go to Dr. Cruz eight years ago because he specializes in muscle reactivation and I had some serious health issues that needed more specialized attention. You heal faster when your muscles are getting messages from the brain within minutes of being treated. When your competition recommends you, that is saying something also. He moved away for awhile and learned some more. He is back now, and with the nutritional knowledge I've gained in the meantime, I am on a fast track to healing completely. My children love what he does for them as well. They beg me to make appointments for them. Now my husband is asking me to make an appointment for him. We go to him at his Riverton office on Tuesdays, which is only 10 minutes from where I live.
Dr. Cruz has been so beneficial to my health. I have had such a good experience with him, he is very detailed in his care. Having the care of chiropractic treatment has made such a huge difference in my health. When ever I feel like I am getting frequent headaches I go in for an adjustment and the problem is resolved. He has a very gentle touch. He has a very kind and cheerful disposition and easy to talk to.
I can breath! Dr. Cruze is engaging and wants you to heal and stay healthy. He actually focuses on target areas and dosent just do the little tapping but really Makes real adjustments!
I really like him! He is great with my kids (9yrs old and younger) and did amazingly with me when I was pregnant and preparing for birth. He is gentle with my neck which is super sensitive. I can't rave enough about him. I drive from bountiful and it's worth it. He also doesn't push me to make a ton of follow up appointments but to come in when I feel like I want to or need to.
I have been going to Dr. Cruz regularly for several years. He is great for chiropractic maintenance. He is an easy going, low-pressure chiropractor, so he isn't going to pressure you into long term expensive programs.

I am excited to provide my favorable recommendation for Modern Health Chriopractic, and especially for Dr. Gregory Cruz. I first heard about Dr. Cruz from my wife, who had scheduled many appointments over the past couple of years in order to obtain, then to maintain, alignment, healing and ongoing structural health. I must admit, I was more than a little bit skeptical about scheduling my first appointment a couple of months ago, as I had never received chiropractic treatments before. At that point in time, it was an absolute necessity that I seek relief from some source after experiencing sudden lower back pain stemming from a skiing injury years before! I have been very impressed with how Dr Cruz has been able to adjust me in a way that is careful and as gentle as possible. My tight back is not easy to adjust and he has methods that no other chiropractor has used on me before. His technique that was amazingly comfortable, he had me lay on my back and positioned his hand under my back to adjust it.

Wow! I just had a marvelous experience with Dr. Cruz. I was beset with pain and discomfort from the aftermath of a kidney stone operation. I went to Dr. Cruz by recommendation of a friend. Greg is great. I was referred by a friend and I have been to other chiropractors who I feel like I am just 1 number and not a person. Greg took the time to explain to me in details of what was the issue and he spent the time to help me out. He is much more than a chiropractor or Bone Cracker. He spends time, and truly works on the issue at hand. I was impressed that over a weekend he called to see how I was doing. I have a herniated disc and could not sit down or lift my leg. I have been going to Dr. Cruz monthly for the last six months. I work in the construction industry, and he keeps my body aligned and in good shape. I was driving by Dr. Cruz office and decided that I would give him a try. Boy am I glad I did! He is one of the best I have ever seen. He's very attentive and really listens to what's wrong. I am having him work on muscle reactivation as well and I have never felt better!

Very helpful chiropractic care. Amazing staff and incredibly friendly. I had awful back pain, but after getting adjusted and having my muscles reactivated, my pain is nonexistent.
I have had a messed up back for years. And while I'm still not 100% Dr Cruz helped me sooo much! He did muscle re-activation. I was a skeptic but not anymore. I feel super good now and it's thanks to him I recommend him to anyone with chronic back pain.

Given that I am a very active person and have done an array of sporting events as small as a 5k and as big as a 100 miler ultra marathon, I am always concerned on how my body feels. One morning I woke up with the most intense back pain and for three weeks could not sleep, work or even complete with my daily tasks. I have never been a huge fan of Chiropractors but after what Dr. Cruz did for me, I am not sure I will ever go anywhere else. If you are experiencing any type of headache, migraine, back/lower body pain or any other pain, you have got to get in to see Dr. Cruz. I am so thankful for the relief he provided me and got me back on my feet......Literally!

Dr. Cruz helped with my baby's reflux! My baby had reflux so badly he wasn't gaining weight. There was an immediate difference when we started to see Dr. Cruz and after a few months my baby has dramatically increased in size and decreased in spit volume! Dr. Cruz was very gentle with my baby and has a very great price for his pediatric sessions. I will definitely trust him with the rest of my family in the future!

-Strong knowledge base -Great communication -Excellent care! We must update! My daughter broke her fibula one year while running cross country. We saw one of the best orthopedics in the area, wore a boot and on crutches for two months, followed all directions, completed two months of physical therapy and slowly increased her running over three months. Seven months later she was finally back to full running for track and she started to have shin splints so we went one step further to see a physical therapist who specialized in running. We changed her workouts per recommendation. However, within two weeks of the one year anniversary of the first break she then broke her tibia on the same leg. We repeated all medical recommendations again but this was disheartening and seemed ridiculous!!! What were we missing? Dr Cruz was recommended. My daughter just completed an entire running season under Dr Cruz’s care with no breaks, no shin splints, no special warmups, cool downs or restricted training. She loves being adjusted because she leaves feeling better than when she arrived, is pain free for approximately six weeks and continues to be able to run and compete. Thank you Dr Cruz!!!
Dr. Cruz is a miracle worker! I had horrible elbow pain for 7 months and had been going to physical therapy for 6 weeks with no relief at all. The morning after my first appt with Dr. Cruz, I was pain free and had no swelling at all in my elbow! I had made another appt for my back and glad I did. Went again today and he made sure my elbow was still ok and worked on my back. So far so good! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good chiropractor or if you are in any pain. His work place and staff are welcoming, comfortable and clean. Dr. Cruz is a personable, energetic guy and will take time with you to not only help releive your pain, but get to know you.

I started taking my daughter to see Dr. Cruz after she had experienced 3 ear infections back to back this winter. I was tired of the antibiotics that seemingly did nothing and wanted a more holistic approach to help resolve the problem. I am happy to say she has not had an ear infection or any other sickness (other than seasonal allergies) since starting to see Dr. Cruz. He is amazing!! And my daughter loves going to him. Dr Cruz is WONDERFUL! He is very gentle but affective with his adjustments AND he has fixed a huge part of my fibromyalgia pain with his muscle reactivation technique! Dr Cruz is fantastic! I've been seeing him for lower back issues for a few months, within the first 2 visits the pain was subsided.
